Your first personal training appointment is a FREE 55- minute appointment in which we discuss your history, health, habits, and goals. We'll come up with a plan based on your needs and goals, while getting in an express workout. Even if you decide personal training is not for you, this is a great way to shake things up and learn some new skills.
For best results, personal training is recommended 1-3x per week for 55- minutes. Personal training will give you everything you need to be successful in your health and wellness goals. We will work to correct movement and posture issues, build overall strength, burn fat, and learn about healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits. Not every case is the same, so we work to find a schedule and pricing solution that is sustainable for you.
